ANTI-DOPING EDUCATION OBJECTIVES
The PHI-NADO ADE aims to:
Design and roll out Anti-Doping educational activities both e-learning and in-person tailored to specific target groups in accordance with current World Anti-Doping Code.
Develop and deploy a standardized Monitoring and Evaluation system to track the reach, participant feedback and immediate knowledge retention of all Anti-Doping Education activities.
Launch targeted campaigns across PHI-NADO’s various social media to increase sport awareness among specific target groups.
Accomplish a 100% Anti-doping education completion (ADEL certification) for all National-level athletes, RTPs, International-level athletes, Coaches and Athlete’s support personnel prior to International deployment.
Recruitment of Anti-Doping Educator pool.
