PHI-NADO, as a signatory to WADA's World Anti-Doping Code, means we need to collect, use, and share the following personal information about you to conduct anti-doping activities

Information that identifies or is identifiable to you like your name, contact information, date of birth, gender, sport nationality, and the sports you participate in.

Information about your anti-doping education, including courses completed and assessment results.

Information about your location and availability for anti-doping testing, when you are required to provide it.

TESTING DATA
Information collected during the sample collection process, including forms and laboratory results. Testing data may also form part of your Athlete Biological Passport (ABP), which helps identify potential anti-doping rule violations.

MEDICAL INFORMATION
Medical information provided when applying for a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) to use a substance or method that is otherwise prohibited.

RESULTS MANAGEMENT INFORMATION
Information related to suspected anti-doping rule violations, including the alleged violation, evidence submitted in your defense, and the final decision or sanction.
Collaboration with Other Individuals/Organizations
​PHI-NADO may share your personal information with authorized individuals and organizations as necessary to implement the anti-doping program and comply with the World Anti-Doping Code.

WORLD ANTI-DOPING AGENCY (WADA)
WADA oversees compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code and operates ADAMS, where relevant anti-doping information may be securely stored and shared to support the global anti-doping program.

LABORATORIES AND ATHLETE PASSPORT MANAGEMENT UNITS (APMUs)
Organizations that analyze samples and manage Athlete Biological Passport data. They generally access coded information, such as sample codes or passport IDs.
PUBLIC AUTHORITIES
Relevant government or law enforcement authorities responsible for enforcing applicable laws and investigating doping-related offenses.
On top of complying with privacy and data protection laws, we respect a set of standards when we manage your personal information. These standards are described in the International Standard for the Protection of Privacy and Personal Information. They include protecting your personal information, deleting it when we no longer need it, being transparent, and allowing you to exercise rights like the right to access your personal information.
